iN-PERSON PROJECTS

An interview will be conducted regarding the scope and goals of the project and to assist in personalized planning.  We will also discuss budgets, and determine if budgets can vary greatly, what the limits of your budget are so we are aware not to exceed it. As different plans can alter the overall budget, we will keep you abreast of any plan that will increase the cost of the initial budget over 10%-15% 

The designer will visit the jobsite to obtain field measurements, study traffic patterns, survey structural considerations, and consult regarding the project. In the case of a new residence, this information will be obtained from your house plans to be field verified by our designer or installer after framing. 

Preliminary floor plan(s) will be prepared to outline the possibilities, present conceptual ideas and form the basis for discussion and revisions. Up to 3 revisions will be included in the initial designs.  Through the design process, we will assist in the choosing of the colors and materials for the project. 

The final plan will include floor plan and details along with elevation and / or 

perspective views. You will receive two (2) copies of the final plans when approved. The final plan is not meant to be for permitting, and only for the design of the project and products. 

We will furnish complete specifications and   prices for products normally supplied by us upon your request, and so long as all the necessary selections have  been made. 

In the construction phase of the design process, clients may either work with a contractor recommended by us or select their own. If the client chooses their own contractor, we will schedule a meeting with them to review and clarify all design specifications to ensure alignment. Should the client wish for us to manage the project through to completion, an additional project management fee will be incorporated into the contract.
